I am professional, fully qualified and registered Massage Therapist with over 9 years of experience.
I’ve worked for many years in a Spa in the Celtic Manor Resort( five stars hotel ) too.

I offer following treatments:

-Swedish Massage
-Relaxing Massage
-Deep Tissue Massage
-Red Light Therapy by Flexbeam

All treatments are individually tailored-I use a combination of techniques to suit best your needs -they could be done on Full Body or Back,Neck & Shoulder or on body parts tailored to your needs.

There are many reasons for which you should have massages, as they:

-relieve pain
-improve regeneration and circulation
-allow you to become more flexible
-boost your energy level
-increase feeling of wellbeing /boost your mood

Red Light Therapy:

- regenerates a musculoskeletal system
- strengthens immune system
- acts as a painkiller
- it helps to reduce inflammation
- boosts your mood
- and has many more benefits

When I combine Flexbeam therapy and Massage therapy together, results are usually twice better ( pain and/or inflammation reduction, mood boost etc.) partly due to synergistic effect.

Prices for massage:

30min treatment time- £20 ( instead of £25 )
60min treatment time- £35 ( instead of £45 )
90min treatment time- £50 ( instead of £60 )
Booking time is about 15min longer.

It is possible to arrange with me a call out /mobile Massage treatment as well ( 60min or 90min only ) you just need to add £10 to the above prices.
Booking time is about 20-30min longer.
